Palm BeachCounty’s Trauma System is overseen by the Health Care District and provides rapid-response care for more than 3,000 traumatically injured patients each year. Since 1992, the District’s nationally recognized Trauma System has saved nearly 40,000 lives.Palm Beach County’s two designated trauma centers are an integral part of the Health Care District’s mission to save lives.
