As one of the first programs in the state of Florida, the information is essential for site selection consultants and executives interested in relocating or expanding a business in Palm Beach County. The Business Development Board of Palm Beach County has established a volunteer panel of highly credentialed individuals to analyze undeveloped properties according to an established credible process. The committee identifies key parcels of vacant land within Palm BeachCounty that have the capacity for commercial development activity and fit criteria for analysis. The group then analyzes and ranks properties according to established criteria. The process is free of charge to all property owners and developers.
